Job description
MongoDB is seeking a Regional Director, Enterprise Growth — France, based in Paris, to lead a high-performing sales team. You will drive existing enterprise revenue, land new workloads, and ensure sustained growth across France in a hybrid work model.
You will recruit, enable, and coach Enterprise Account Executives, build a healthy pipeline, and master MongoDB products and sales methodologies to expand customer relationships and achieve bookings targets.
