Job description
Catholic Community of St. Francis Xavier in Hunt Valley, MD, seeks a Director of Operations to support the Pastor with parish finance, facilities, operations and human resources. This role leads budgeting, reporting, vendor contracts, IT, and ministry platform data while coordinating with the Finance Committee and Pastor.
A bachelor’s degree in business, five years of admin/financial leadership, and active Catholic faith are required; benefits include health and retirement plans.
