Job description
Polar Caves Park is seeking a General Manager to lead operations, finance, marketing, HR, safety, and capital planning, delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving long‑term growth.
Reporting to the Board, you will supervise staff, develop the annual business plan, oversee budgeting and performance updates, and foster a culture of service, accountability, and continuous improvement across all park activities.
