Ambassador Position at SeaWorldAt SeaWorld, we're passionate about caring for animals. In fact, we've already rescued over 40,000 animals (and counting!). We're seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and hard-working individuals to become our Ambassadors. Join us and play an important part on our incredible team!What you get to do:You'll work overnight to help clean and maintain our beautiful park grounds. This involves performing a variety of janitorial duties, including pressure washing, hosing, detail cleaning of restrooms, operating water/sweeper trucks, running dumpster routes, setting up for special events, dusting, and filling warehouse orders. You will also:Maintain cleanliness and quality of work areaMaintain accurate records of activities performedWork through any weather condition, except lightningPractices safe work habits, including the use of personal protective equipmentProvide excellent service to guests and AmbassadorsOperate park vehiclesPerform other duties as assignedWhat it takes to succeed:Must be 18 years or older.Must have a valid driver's license.Must be able to stand, walk, and work for prolonged periods of time in extreme weather conditions.Able to lift or move 75lbs.Available to work overnight shifts between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.Consistently practices safe work habits including, but not limited to the use of personal protective equipment, lifting and reporting of unsafe situations.Must be willing to comply with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards.What else is important:Model of consistently giving extraordinary service on the jobHave excellent verbal and written communication skillsHave a working knowledge of the Park Quality departmentDetail oriented with excellent organizational skillsHighly motivated department role modelAbility to effectively communicate information to both ambassadors and guestsAbility to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions and temperature extremesAvailable to work varying shifts/hours based on business need, to include working primarily overnight shifts, as well as weekends and holidaysCompensation: $16.00 per hour.: Base rate for this position is $14.00 per hour and is eligible to receive an additional $2 seasonal incentive now through October 31, 2026.The perks of the position:Paid Time OffComplimentary Park Tickets and PassesPark Discounts on Food and MerchandiseMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401K Retirement planVoluntary InsuranceLife InsuranceDisability BenefitsTuition ReimbursementDependent and Health Care Flexible Spending AccountsEmployee Assistance ProgramLegal Assistance PlanEEO Employer:SEAWORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
