Overview
The Equipment Operator is responsible for the daily upkeep and aesthetic care of the park grounds. Operating throughout the property in a company vehicle, this individual uses powerwashers and leaf blowers to keep walkways, seating areas, and lawns clear of dirt and debris. Their hands-on efforts ensure the park remains clean, safe, and beautifully maintained for all Guests.
Responsibilities
Provides Guest services according to Six Flags standards when serving the Guest or working with subordinates, including initiating Guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions.
Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Six Flags safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.
Meets scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
Meets Six Flag's attendance requirements as outlined in Six Flags's attendance policies.
Adheres to Six Flags's Code of Conduct including specific costuming and grooming standards as outlined in Employee Guidelines and other park/division specific policies and procedures.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
Must be at least 18 years old to apply to this position.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Candidates who have previous experience using tools such as a leaf blower and power washer are encouraged to apply.
