Responsibilities
Provide on-the-spot leadership in the park, supporting management and helping where needed during busy periods.
Delegate tasks to team members so shift operations run smoothly across all departments.
Jump into any department for hands‑on support when extra help is required (e.g., café, birthday parties, front desk).
Execute membership sales and identify additional sales opportunities while on the park walk or supporting other departments.
Enforce park safety policies and educate colleagues on safety issues in real time.
Maintain a clean environment and perform janitorial duties throughout the shift.
Complete incident reports and coordinate opening or closing procedures, ensuring all additional shift duties are completed.
Qualifications
18 years of age or older.
Demonstrated leadership and initiative through formal roles or experience.
Minimum 6 months of work experience in a high‑volume customer‑service environment such as retail, restaurant, fitness, or recreation.
Retail sales or amusement‑park/entertainment industry experience considered a plus.
Ability to stand long periods and lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
Basic proficiency with MS Office Suite, Teams, and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Reliable, coachable, self‑motivated, and organized.
Compensation: Starts at $13.00/hr and is based on qualifications and experience.
