Parking Compliance AgentRichmond, Virginia • Parking Controls • Part-TimeReports To: Parking Enforcement SupervisorPay: $19/hr base + monthly bonus — average pay after bonus runs $21–24/hrSchedule: Flexible — mornings, afternoons, or evenings, weekdays and weekends. Pick shifts that fit your life.About the RoleWe're looking for a sharp, reliable Parking Compliance Agent to keep our lots and streets running smoothly across Richmond. You'll be out in the field, using handheld tech to issue citations, spot problems before they escalate, and represent us well in every interaction. If you've got booting, towing, LPR, or facility security experience, that's a big plus — but we'll train the right person regardless.What You'll DoPatrol on-street and off-street lots to enforce posted parking regulationsIssue citations using handheld ticketing devices and document violations with photosHandle parking questions and concerns professionally and fairlyFlag damaged signs, broken meters, or unsafe conditions to managementWork alongside a small, supportive enforcement teamWhat Makes You a Good FitExperience with booting, towing, LPR technology, or facility security preferredComfortable working independently outdoors, walking for extended periods in all weatherClear communicator who can de-escalate a tense conversationValid driver's license with a clean driving record.
