At Keolis, you're not just building a career — you're part of something bigger.The Parking Enforcement Driver operates license plate recognition vehicles to support enforcement of MBTA parking policies at parking lots and garages across Massachusetts. This opening is for the Route 128 Garage in Westwood, MA. With a possible option to start out at our North Quincy Garage. The work schedule is Wednesday-through-Sunday, 3:00pm-11:00pm. Hourly pay rate $22.76Knowledge and Experience:Must have held a valid Driver's License for at least 2 yearsExperience with using standard IT systems (Word, Excel, Teams etc)Previous experience in a customer service role would be desirablePrevious experience of working in a role involving vehicle driving would be helpfulSkills:Be able to read, write and verbally communicate in EnglishSit for long periodsCurrently holds a valid Driver's License in state of residencyStrong sense of customer serviceDriving record must meet company standardsAbility to create relationships with customersTime management & problem-solving skillsAbility to report parking violations, maintenance issues etc via company reporting toolsKey Accountabilities:Complete allocated vehicle route between parking lots safely within allowed timesComplete checks of parking lots in allocated time using vehicle cameras and manually report violations of the accessible, bike, or shared space policies etc.Report any maintenance issues using reporting system for follow upAssist with parking payment issues, concerns or technical difficulties when encountered at parking lotsAssist with additional customer service and parking management duties as directed by supervisorKeep vehicle fueled and in a presentable conditionAbout Keolis:At Keolis Commuter Services (KCS), we give every team member—and their ideas—a seat for the journey.
