Parking Enforcement PatrollerParking Enforcement Patroller Full-Time — 40 hrs/week $22.30/hour plus monthly bonusJob Summary The Parking Patroller position is responsible for monitoring parking facilities, issuing citations at private designated locations along an assigned route. The patroller position reports to the Area Manager.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct daily parking garage and lot audits by driving between designated locationsIssue citations to violators using a company-issued handheld deviceProficient in driving and willing to use own personal vehicleComfortable using electronic devices such as a phone and tabletCommunicate clear and concise instructions with both team members and customersAccurately complete and submit all paperwork and documentationBe professional, diplomatic, and able to diffuse situations with customers or violatorsJob Requirements:Must be available weekdays, with some weekend availabilityValid Driver's License and insuranceMust have dependable transportationMust have a good driving record and be able to pass a background checkBe 18 years of age or olderAbility to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of timeAbility to communicate (verbally and in writing) in English in a clear and concise mannerMust have good typing skills; computer literateMust have good problem-solving skillsCapable of working in a fast-paced environmentMust be courteous and friendly with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and clientsMust be able to work independently with minimal supervisionRelated experience preferred, but not required: data entry, security, or driving jobsDrug-free workplaceWe are an EEO Employer/Veterans/Disabled
