Prefer working independently and seeing the results of your work before the night is over? A commercial property services team is looking for a dependable driver to operate a parking lot sweeper truck on an assigned route across North Metro Atlanta.
You’ll help keep shopping centers, office properties, and other commercial sites clean and ready for the next business day. This is an active driving job: you’ll operate the sweeper, step out to clear areas the truck cannot reach, and take care of the equipment entrusted to you.

Take Pride In What You’ll Do
Safely Drive & Operate a commercial sweeper truck between assigned commercial properties.
Use equipment to Sweep parking areas, drive lanes, entrances, curbs, and other designated surfaces.
Utilize blower and/or hand tools to clear corners, sidewalks, and other areas the truck cannot reach.
Inspect your truck before and after your shift, report equipment or property concerns, and complete basic service records.
Proactively communicate with your supervisor when a route is delayed or a condition cannot be handled safely.
Schedule and work environment
The shift is generally 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. , with start and end times varying by route and conditions. Expect approximately 40 hours per week, with some overtime when needed. The schedule includes weekends and some holidays; scheduled days off will usually fall during the week.
Your work will be a combination of inside the truck and outdoors, regardless of changing weather conditions. The job involves repeated entry and exit from the vehicle, walking on commercial properties, using handheld equipment, and handling supplies or debris weighing up to 50 pounds.
What you’ll need
A valid Georgia driver’s license and a driving record that meets commercial vehicle insurance requirements.
A valid Department of Transportation (DOT) medical card, or the ability to obtain one before starting.
Availability for overnight shifts and scheduled weekends.
The ability to follow routes and instructions, work independently, and communicate promptly about safety or service issues.
Reliable transportation to the work location.
Employment is contingent on the required driving record review, 10-Pannel Drug Test, DOT physical, and Applicable Background Screening.
