Parking Operations Supervisor
Greater Pittsburgh Area | Multiple Locations
Salary: $44,200–$50,000 annually
Schedule: Two-week rotating schedule; weekday start times typically range from 7:00–8:00 AM or 3:00 PM, with weekends and events as needed

Are you a hands-on leader who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and keeping daily operations running smoothly? We're looking for a Parking Operations Supervisor to oversee parking locations throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area.
You'll help manage operations across 45+ parking locations in Downtown Pittsburgh, the North Shore, Oakland, and East Liberty. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and wants to build relationships while growing their leadership skills.
What You'll Do Oversee Daily Operations: Keep one or more parking locations running efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience. Lead and Support Your Team: Supervise at least three parking attendants, provide direction, and step in to help when needed. Build Relationships: Serve as a key contact for building managers, tenants, and other operational partners. Resolve Problems: Address customer concerns, answer questions, and respond to operational issues in a timely, professional manner. Manage Communications: Respond to monthly parking lease inquiries by email and keep information organized and up to date. Monitor Equipment: Check credit card readers and parking equipment, with training provided on troubleshooting. Track Revenue: Use Microsoft Excel to assist with basic revenue reporting and operational records. What We're Looking For Previous supervisory, team leadership, or relevant operations experience. Strong communication and customer service skills. A hands-on approach and willingness to help wherever needed. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel. Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations. Reliable transportation to travel between assigned parking locations. Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including occasional weekends and event-related shifts.
