Job description
Clementine's Creamery in Kansas City, MO is looking for a Parlor Manager to lead the day-to-day operations, drive sales, and coach a team of Scoopers across two parlors. You will model outstanding Guest service, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with health standards.
You will build a welcoming community atmosphere, maintain a clean, merchandised space, monitor inventory, control costs, and help shape a culture of happiness and inclusivity.
