We value and reward hardworking, creative, and dedicated employees that desire to be part of a team committed to outstanding customer service.Start your career now.Support parts and service department in daily activities resulting in the timely/accurate processing, collection, and delivery of orders.Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain warehouse organization and cleanlinessHandle shipping, receiving, and deliveriesCreate, develop, and close ordersProvide quotations to customersProvide manuals and drawings as neededAssist the Accounts Receivable (AR) team with customer collections as neededMaintain accurate paperwork and documentationEnter all required information and documentation into the company ERP systemRequest pricing from vendors and create purchase orders for required materialsTrack material deliveries and expedite orders as neededInitiate the RMA process for materials being returned for warranty or creditJob RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDTwo years of related experience and/or trainingIndustry-related product knowledgeDetail-orientedERP system experience preferredExperience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office softwareStrong understanding of inventory, orders, returns, and other core business operationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalThorough understanding of company safety, environmental, and operational practicesAbility to safely lift materials of various weights regularlyStrong team playerBenefitsCompetitive salary plus bonus401(k)/retirement savings planComprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverageCareer growth opportunitiesFriendly work environmentPaid vacation and holidays
