Job description
Crossroads ABA Center seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a new in-office program. This is a part-time position with schedule between 9am-5pm or 3pm-6pm, in New Jersey.
The RBT delivers one-on-one and small-group ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized plans, collecting data, and supporting skill development in communication, social, and daily living tasks.
