Job description
Heartland Behavior in Iowa is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time, in-home ABA services to support children in achieving their goals. You’ll work on a dedicated clinical team and apply evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive outcomes.
No experience? No problem — paid training is provided. RBT certification is required before working, with flexible scheduling and a path toward professional growth within our program.
