Job description
Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, implementing skill-building and care plans to help achieve goals. We offer part-time roles with flexible schedules, paid training, and strong clinical support.
No minimum case requirements, plus referral bonuses and advancement opportunities. A 6-month commitment is encouraged to drive client outcomes.
