Job description
Empower ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Burlington team. This part-time role provides one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision, focusing on skill development, communication, and independence.
You will collect data, implement treatment plans, and track progress in a structured setting. The schedule includes Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri with hours listed; competitive pay $25–$27 per hour, benefits, and supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification.
