Job description
Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, implementing skill-building and care plans under supervision.
Ideal candidates are committed to helping children with Autism, possess a high school diploma, and hold or pursue RBT certification. Paid training, flexible part-time schedules, and referral bonuses are available to support growth.
