Part-Time Accounts Payable ClerkWe are currently seeking a Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk to join a nonprofit organization in the 90043 area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid AP experience who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently. Experience with AccuFund is strongly preferred.ResponsibilitiesProcess and enter vendor invoices into AccuFundReview invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and required approvalsMaintain vendor records and documentationPrepare invoices and bills for paymentAssist with check runs and payment processingMatch invoices with purchase orders and supporting documentationResearch and resolve invoice discrepanciesMaintain organized AP files and recordsAssist with account coding and general accounting tasksSupport month-end AP activities and reportingCommunicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account questions
