Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist Flexible ScheduleCustomer Focused | Keep Cash Flow Moving At Duraco Specialty Tapes & Liners, accounting is more than processing payments. It's about helping customers, supporting the business, and ensuring the financial details behind every order are handled accurately and professionally. We're looking for a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist who enjoys working with both numbers and people while helping keep cash flow moving. In this role, you'll work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve account questions, apply payments, research discrepancies, and conduct collection outreach calls. Success comes from being organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following through on issues until they are resolved.What You'll DoApply customer payments and maintain accurate account recordsMonitor aging accounts and assist with collections activitiesInvestigate and resolve billing questions and payment discrepanciesProcess credits, maintain tax exemption documentation, and support accounting operationsWhat We Offer at DuracoFlexible Part Time Schedule: Working 20 - 24 Hours a WeekCompetitive payHourly range for this position is between $22.00 - $26.00 depending on skillset and qualifications.
