Job description
Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking physicians to join our outpatient clinics focused on evidence-based MAT for opioid use disorder.
Active medical licensure in the practice state and DEA registration are required, with board certification in Family Practice/IM/GP/Psych. Experience in substance abuse is preferred and there are onsite opportunities at our Tullahoma and Fayetteville centers.
