Part-Time Admin & Shipping AssistantWe are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Admin & Shipping Assistant to join our team. This position will support our growing retail order business and will be a great fit for someone who enjoys a mix of office, organization, and hands-on shipping tasks.The position will start at 2–3 days per week, with the potential to grow into a full-time opportunity.What You'll Do:Office & Administrative Duties:Answer phones and assist with general office needsReceive and process incoming and outgoing mailFiling and organizing paperworkLight office cleaningOrder office suppliesAssist with general administrative tasksShipping & Inventory:Process pick tickets and pull retail orders for shipmentPrepare and process new orders for shipmentKeep accurate records of orders shippedUpdate warehouse inventoryCoordinate freight and shipping documentsCommunicate with team members regarding shipping and order detailsSeed Test Management:Track and file seed tests received from growersUpdate company recordsRetrieve seed test records weekly from the OSU websiteWhat We're Looking For:Basic experience with Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detailOrganized and dependableComfortable learning new processes and systemsAbility to work independently and stay on top of multiple tasksPrevious shipping or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right personSchedule: Part-Time, approximately 2–3 days per week Pay: $18–$23/hour, depending on experience Potential for Full-Time: This position may have the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the business continues to grow.If you're looking for a part-time position where you can use your organizational skills while learning new responsibilities, we'd love to hear from you!
