Job description
OpenTrain AI, Inc. seeks experienced legal professionals for a part-time contractor role focused on turning professional legal judgment into training data.
You will work on corporate and commercial law matters, drafting, reviewing, and annotating transactional documents and litigation materials for AI systems. You will explain legal reasoning to both technical and non-technical colleagues, draft structured summaries, and identify ambiguities.
