Job description
Bishop Clean Care is seeking an Area/Site Lead Cleaner to supervise a frontline team of 3 to 6 cleaners on various projects. The role blends hands-on cleaning with team leadership, on-site training, and mentoring new hires to uphold high cleaning standards.
The position is part-time, day shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) three days per week, with focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction. You will serve as the on-site point of contact, ensuring efficient operations and positive team culture.
