Job description
Bluemont Group is hiring an Assistant General Manager for our Dunkin franchise location in Hardin Valley, Knoxville, TN. You will partner with the General Manager to lead staff, control labor and food costs, and deliver a strong guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a part-time schedule with opportunities to grow into a General Manager role, plus a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay. Must be available mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs.
