Job description
Dollar Tree in Belleville, IL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development.
You will assist with opening and closing duties, merchandise organization, stock transfers, and adherence to company policies, while promoting a safe, friendly shopping environment.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; store leadership experience is helpful, with the ability to lift up to 55 lbs and work in a fast-paced team.
