Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Structure: 35% of collections
Daily Guarantee: $750 - $850/day for the first 3 months (Negotiated based on experience)
Expected Earnings:
$70,000–$150,000 annually
Based on a 1.5–2.5 day workweek , actual daily earnings are expected to exceed $1,000 per clinical day , depending on production and procedure mix.

The Opportunity
This role offers a meaningful balance of flexibility and clinical challenge , with strong procedural variety and autonomy.
Typical Schedule:
Every Wednesday
Every other Saturday
One additional weekday as needed
Hours flexible depending on patient flow
Clinical Focus Includes:
Molar endodontics
Surgical extractions
Implant placement
Invisalign treatments
Comprehensive general dentistry
Technology & Clinical Support
Digital X‑rays
CBCT
Intraoral scanner
These tools support predictable treatment planning and advanced case execution.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an associate who is:
Licensed in New Jersey
2–3+ years of experience preferred
Comfortable with molar endo, surgical extractions, and implants
Strong communicator with excellent chairside manner
Team‑oriented, ethical, and growth‑minded
Interested in long‑term growth and potential partnership
Advanced Standing graduates, including internationally trained dentists who have completed a U.S. DDS/DMD program and are eligible for New Jersey licensure, are encouraged to apply.
