Part-time BakerUn Deux Trois Café & Bakery – Rogers, ARUn Deux Trois is looking for an experienced part-time baker to join our growing team. This is a unique hybrid role that combines hands-on baking leadership with café operations and management support. We're looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and leads by example.What You'll DoLead daily baking and pastry productionExecute recipes with consistency, quality, and attention to detailSupport product development and seasonal menu offeringsAssist with inventory, ordering, food cost management, and production planningHelp train, coach, and develop team membersServe as a key operational partner to the General ManagerSupport front-of-house operations during busy service periodsHelp maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standardsUphold and model Un Deux Trois' culture, hospitality standards, and core valuesRequired QualificationsProfessional baking, pastry, culinary, or relevant food production experiencePrevious leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferredAbility to work overnight and early morning shiftsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to multitask between production and operational responsibilitiesPositive attitude and team-first mentalityDependable, accountable, and self-motivatedScheduleEarly mornings and occasional overnight production shiftsNo late-night restaurant hoursMix of baking production, management, and café support shiftsFull-time salary positionOur Ideal CandidateYou don't just bake—you care deeply about quality, consistency, hospitality, and building a great team culture.
