Job description
Rogers Behavioral Health, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services in an inpatient setting on the Oconomowoc campus.
The role focuses on assessments, developing and implementing BIPs, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support 24/7 care delivery. You will train and support staff, supervise RBTs as needed, maintain documentation, and adhere to ethical guidelines while responding to safety concerns and crisis
