Job description
Boston Childrens Health Physicians LLP seeks a Part-Time Behavioral Health Consultant in Clifton Park, NY. The candidate must hold LMSW, LMHC, or LMHC-LP certification and be available Tue/Wed/Thu 9:00am-5:00pm to support pediatric primary care teams.
Responsibilities include crisis intervention, family counseling, care coordination, and charting in the EMR. Compensation includes supervision hours for advanced certification and a pay rate of about $31–$32.50 per hour.
