Job description
YMCA of Southeastern North Carolina is seeking a part-time Lifestyle Coach to deliver the Diabetes Prevention Program in Clinton, NC. The role focuses on engaging participants, facilitating sessions, and maintaining program fidelity while supporting retention and goal-setting.
The position requires bilingual Spanish/English communication, HIPAA compliance, and the ability to travel to community locations. Training in related programs may be provided by the YMCA.
