Job Summary
We are seeking apart-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) to join our in-person, clinic-based ABA day program serving clients in Lynchburg, VA. Hours would be 4 PM - 7 PM. This role is ideal for a compassionate, detail-oriented clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services. The BCBA will oversee all aspects of client treatment, including conducting intakes, developing and maintaining individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and treatment programs, and ensuring ethical, effective care in collaboration with families and staff.
Responsibilities
Provide ongoing supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Lead parent and caregiver training sessions
Monitor client progress to ensure meaningful outcomes
Requirements
Hold a Master's degree or higher
BCBA or BCBA-D certified
Licensed Behavior Analyst in Virginia (or eligible for licensure)
Position is Monday through Friday, requires reliable commuting between Herndon and Manassas
