Part-Time BookkeeperBull City Financial Solutions is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support our accounting operations. This position works closely with company leadership and our outside accounting vendor to ensure day-to-day financial processes remain accurate and organized.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced bookkeeping professional looking for a flexible part-time schedule in a stable office environment. We pride ourselves on accuracy, integrity, and exceptional client service while offering a stable and supportive work environment.If you're an experienced bookkeeper looking for a straightforward part-time role with flexibility and autonomy, we'd love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesMaintain company financial records using QuickBooksProcess accounts payable transactionsPerform bank and credit card reconciliationsAssist with payroll processing and coordinate information with our outside accounting vendorOrganize and maintain receipts and supporting documentationMatch receipts and documentation to monthly financial recordsOccasionally prepare and issue physical checksPerform light filing and document managementAssist with other bookkeeping and administrative tasks as neededQualificationsProficiency with QuickBooks is requiredPrevious bookkeeping experience requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and maintain confidential informationProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelPosition DetailsPart-time positionApproximately 15-20 hours per week$25.00-$35.00 per hour, depending on experienceFlexible scheduleOn-site position in Durham, NC
