Job description
PART-TIME BOOKKEEPER – RALPH WALKER ICE RINK
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented part-time bookkeeper to join our team. The idea candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience handling day-to-day bookkeeping responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate financial records and transactions
· Enter and categorize income and expenses
· Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
· Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
· Prepare and issue invoices
· Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts
· Process weekly payroll
· Ensure payroll is accurate and processed on time
· Assist with monthly financial reporting
· Maintain organized financial documentation
· Work with our accountant as needed
· Perform other general bookkeeping and administrative duties
Required Qualifications:
· 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience
· Quickbooks Online proficiency
· Experience with sales tax filing
· Strong attention to detail & accuracy
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Position: Part-Time
Schedule: Flexible; Approximately 15-20 hours per week
Location: Hybrid / Office in Guilford CT
