Dependable, Outgoing Caregiver NeededMonday–Friday | 10 AM–2 PM | $14/hour | 20 Hours/WeekHome Instead of Norman is looking for one dependable, outgoing caregiver for a consistent weekday assignment with a client in Blanchard.This is a great opportunity for someone who lives in or near Blanchard and wants a steady 20-hour-per-week schedule with the same client every day.Personality is especially important for this client. We need someone who genuinely enjoys talking, engaging in conversation, and building a relationship with an older adult.At the same time, this is a hands-on caregiving position. Responsibilities include:Bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting assistanceIncontinence careHands-on assistance with transfers and mobilityFall-prevention and safety supervisionMedication reminders and verbal cuesSimple meal preparation and encouraging fluidsLight housekeeping and laundryPlenty of conversation and companionshipThe client uses a walker and needs hands-on assistance with some daily activities. There are also two dogs in the home, so you must be comfortable with pets.
