The goal is to help clients maintain their independence and remain safely and comfortably in their own homes.ResponsibilitiesPersonal CareAssist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.Provide bed baths and assist with changing briefs and other personal care needs.Offer companionship and emotional support.Transfers and MobilityAssist clients with transfers from bed to chair and other mobility needs.Safely operate mechanical Hoyer lifts, when needed.Provide standby assistance and hands-on support with transfers.Companionship and Household SupportProvide companionship and respite care for family members.Assist with light housekeeping, including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, and mopping.Perform household tasks such as washing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry, and cleaning bathrooms.Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.Medication AssistanceAssist clients with medication needs in accordance with RN supervision and delegation.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.At least 12 months of related experience.Ability to work independently and provide quality care in a home setting.Weekend availability for 5–10-hour shifts.Compensation: $18.00 per hour
