Care may include companionship and assistance with everyday activities, as well as non-medical personal care based on each client's individual needs.What You'll DoCaregivers may assist clients with a variety of activities of daily living, including:Providing transportation to appointments, errands, and other activitiesOffering medication remindersPreparing meals and providing light cooking assistanceHelping with light housekeeping and household tasksProviding companionship and meaningful supportCaregivers with the appropriate CNA, PCA, or HHA certification may also provide hands-on personal care, including:Assistance with dressing, grooming, and personal hygieneFeeding assistanceMobility and ambulation supportBathing assistanceTransfers, including bed-to-chair and chair-to-bedToileting and incontinence careWhat We're Looking ForCNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferredAt least 6 months of professional or personal caregiving experience preferredStrong communication skills when working with clients, families, and team membersValid driver's license and active auto insurance requiredAbility to follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentationDependable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality carePlease note: All offers of employment are contingent upon successfully completing a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) screening.Join Our Team!Join a locally owned home care team where your work is valued, your voice matters, and you're never alone.
