Job description
First Liberty Bank is seeking a Chief Credit Officer to lead the credit risk program, ensure governance of underwriting and loan policy, and provide independent oversight of credit activities. The role reports to senior management and interacts with the Board to safeguard asset quality.
The CCO will oversee CECL methodology, risk ratings, and loan reviews while directing staff, maintaining compliance, and collaborating across departments to uphold regulatory standards.
