Job description
Crosstown’s Children’s Ministry Director oversees Kidzone for children from six weeks through fourth grade, creating a welcoming, faith-building environment. The role emphasizes engaging programs, volunteer equipping, and partnering with families to nurture spiritual growth.
Part-time schedule: about 10 hours weekly, including 2.5–4 hours on Sundays for Kidzone and 6–7.5 hours for planning, training, and scheduling. Flexible timing is allowed with supervisor approval.
