Job description
YMCA of Greater Houston is seeking a Part-Time Childwatch Site Lead to create a safe, engaging environment for children while guardians participate in activities. You will lead daily operations, monitor safety, and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with YMCA policies.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining records, communicating with families, and supporting program quality and growth. Must have a high school diploma and CPR/First Aid/AED certifications.
