Temporary Clerical AssistantA local nonprofit in Maple Mount, KY is looking for a Temporary Clerical Assistant to work alongside their Coordinator of Partnerships, for a 3 month project. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with people, and helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.Here's what you'd be doing:Making follow-up calls for an annual giving campaignConfirming addresses and assisting with mailingsEntering donation information into Microsoft ExcelScanning correspondence and documentsAnswering phones and providing general office supportThe details: Maple Mount, KY — about 20 minutes from downtown Owensboro Monday–Friday? 4-hour shifts / 20 hours per week 3-month temporary assignment, starting immediately $15.00/hourIf you're looking for a short-term, part-time position in a professional nonprofit setting, we'd love to hear from you.
