This position involves providing direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency department, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Key Responsibilities Promote a healing environment through patient and family education.
Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients' families.
Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.
Maintain safety and comply with regulatory standards, demonstrating alertness and safe practices at all times.
Qualifications & Skills Minimum: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing and RN licensure.
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of experience.
Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment, demonstrating alertness and safety consciousness.
