Job description
Option Care Health, Inc. seeks a Clinical Pharmacist – PT/PD/CA to provide safe, compliant pharmacy services in the home infusion setting. You will collaborate with the Nursing Department to monitor patient progress and educate patients, caregivers, and staff on medication use.
As an entry level clinical pharmacist, you will gain hands-on experience in dispensing, IV admixture, patient counseling, and regulatory compliance while growing with a nationally trusted team.
