Job description
Option Care Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist (PT, PD, CA) in Norfolk, VA to provide safe, appropriate pharmacy services in the home care setting. You will coordinate with Nursing and educate patients and caregivers while adhering to regulatory standards.
