Job description
Option Care Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist – PT, PD, CA to provide safe, effective pharmacy services in the home care setting. This entry-level clinical role coordinates with Nursing, educates patients and caregivers, and ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
