We are actively seeking dedicated CNAs and HHAs to deliver exceptional, individualized care
within the Simsbury, Granby, Canton, Avon, and adjacent communities
Caregiver Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance to clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and
ambulation (transfers and range of motion exercises).
• Execute meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
• Conduct light housekeeping tasks.
• Furnish companionship and offer respite services for family members.
• Supply transportation for medical appointments, errands, and other necessary activities
(as required).
Qualifications Sought:
• A documented minimum of two years of professional experience caring for seniors.
• Current State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) (preferred).
• TB test result is required
• Successful completion of a drug screening and comprehensive background check.
• Proficiency in operating a Hoyer lift (advantageous).
• Experience in Dementia, Hospice, or end-of-life care (advantageous).
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to an insured and reliable vehicle
(preferred).

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
