Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Freehold, NJWe are seeking compassionate, dependable, and energetic Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one-on-one support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Freehold, NJ.As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide personalized support tailored to each individual's interests, strengths, and goals. You will help individuals build independence, strengthen community connections, and thrive on their own terms. Our mission is to empower adults with disabilities to live a meaningful, independent, and fulfilling life.Responsibilities include:Accompany individuals to community activities, restaurants, shopping, parks, movies, recreational programs, and local eventsEncourage participation in hobbies, fitness, and social opportunitiesSupport the development of friendships and community connectionsHelp individuals build confidence and independence while participating in everyday activitiesAssist with planning daily activities and maintaining routinesProvide guidance with organization, time management, and goal settingAssist with transportation to approved activities and appointmentsSupport daily living skills as needed while encouraging independenceComplete accurate service documentationCommunicate effectively with supervisors, families, and other members of the support teamFollow individualized support plans and agency policiesAttend required trainings and meetingsAt Kindly, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live a meaningful, independent, and fulfilling life.
