Job description
Arcadis is seeking a Construction Monitoring / Due Diligence Consultant in the US on a part-time as-needed basis. The role focuses on independent due diligence, monitoring construction progress, and delivering reports to funders and investors.
Ideal candidates have a background in architecture, engineering or construction, with experience in project monitoring, cost management and client-facing project work. PMP/MRICS credentials are highly preferred, and familiarity with data centres is a plus.
