Job description
Mercy Hospital is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Clinical Pharmacist to join our Critical Care team. You will collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize patient outcomes, provide drug information to staff and patients, and ensure safe medication use in a high-acuity environment.
The role emphasizes evidence-based medication management, participation in rounds, and education of pharmacy students and staff, all while supporting Mercy's mission and Service Standards.
