Part-Time Commercial CleanerThis job requires travel to multiple locations for work. If you are unable to do so, please do not apply. As a ServiceMaster Service Partner, you belong to a team that works together to deliver the best solutions and customer service to our clients.This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer's buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Duties include but not limited to:Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and proceduresSweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dustingMaintain inventory of supplies and equipment.Must be able to work at different sites.Physical Demands and Qualifications:Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reachingMust be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbsWill provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learnPrevious janitorial or cleaning experience preferredAbility to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE)Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on timeStrong attention to detail and the ability to work independentlyExcellent time management skills to complete tasks within the allotted timeReliable transportation is requiredOur essential team members enjoy:Competitive PayFlexible SchedulesCareer Path OpportunitiesPaid TrainingIf you take pride in your work and can work independently, we invite you to apply today and become a part of ServiceMaster, one of the most respected professional cleaning companies in the Country.
